A Year After Plastics, Down 100 Total!
Sorry I forget to post here - but at least (roughly) annually I ought to show you where I'm at! So, now I do lots of yoga, and am holding at a pretty good weight. Still have a few stubborn pounds, but I feel (an am) stronger than ever!
